Case Study: Vacuum Bakeout Facility

This Vacuum Bakeout System was awarded to us with a requirement to be able to pump down to a vacuum of 1x10-6 and bake to a sustained temperature of 150c.

We designed this system to be easily movable, so our client had the ability to move the system around from one clean room to another when necessary.

Featuring an internal area of 300mm square and including an interchangeable vacuum system allowing the scroll pump and turbo molecular pump to be easily accessible for maintenance or swapping the parts we are helping our client to reduce the system downtime while creating an ideal application for them to outgas feedthrough, circuit boards and small components for vacuum applications.
